Customer should adhere to following guidelines while returning/exchanging products:

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT KAZARI COLLECTION MAKES UNIQUE PIECES OF THE DESIGNS (as per website) AS THEY ARE MOSTLY MADE ON ORDER.

  • Product can be exchanged or returned if you have received a wrong or damaged order.
  • Our policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange, this may vary based on products you purchase from kazaricollection.com
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please retain original packing including tags and labels. Please note that if any wear/tear, altercations to products are found by customer, return won’t be accepted. The video of package opening can be attached on the same email.
  • For return just mail us on support@www.kazaricollection.com with your order id number. we try our best to reply with-in 48 hours.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We strictly don’t entertain returns for customized cases.
  • Please inform Kazari Collection customer care through email on the receipt of the product about damage or problems on support@www.kazaricollection.com.
  • Please retain original packing including tags, labels and products should be returned in the same conditions as delivered. Please note that if any wear/tear, altercations to products are found which are obvious to be done by customer, return won’t be accepted.
  • Based on the instructions from Kazari Collection executives, customer can ship the product through courier back to Kazari Collection.

  • Please mention your name, order number and mobile number on the box. Customer can intimate us about the courier and tracking ID to Kazari Collection team as soon as products is/are dispatched on support@www.kazaricollection.com
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Kazari Collection will replace the product within 30 working days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
