3. Product Dispatch: You will be informed about the dispatch of the ready product. Once dispatched a tracking id will be provided to you on the email or contact number provided by you. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
4. Cleaning instructions – Clean with a cloth duster/blower/vacuum cleaner. It is strictly non washable
